The Space

This tastefully decorated ranch house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can view horse and sheep pastures from most rooms.

Upon entering the home, you’re greeted with easy access to the fully stocked kitchen that overlooks the sunken living room. Don’t worry about bringing a thing, as we have everything you’ll need for a wonderful vacation. In the kitchen, there is a breakfast nook with seating for 4. You’ll also enjoy a large pantry for plenty of groceries.
Around the corner is the formal dining room with seating for 8. You’ll love the wagon wheel chandelier which brings the ranch vibe throughout the space.

Step down into the large living room and enjoy the electric fireplace on the comfortable leather furniture. Want to snuggle up and watch some movies? We have many family-friendly films ready for your viewing. Also in the living room is a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two comfortably.
Did you bring your horses with you on this vacation? View them from the wall of windows that overlooks the pastures and large yard.

On the other side of the livingroom you can step back up and go into the master suite. Here you will find a large queen size bed with crisp white bedding. There are plenty of spaces to unpack your clothing in the oak furniture.
Step into your private master bathroom and take a long bath in the garden tub, or step into the hot steamy shower. You’ll love this large and inviting bathroom.

On the other side of the dining room there is a quaint hallway with two bedrooms and another bathroom. The bunk room has a twin over full size bunk bed and a roll-away twin bed. There is also a closet and oak dressers to store your luggage in.
At the far end of the hall is a room with a queen size bed and wardrobe for storage. You’ll love the large bay window overlooking the grassy front yard and beautiful landscape.

Also to note: The 3 car garage is available for guests to use, and there is also a very nice washer and dryer on site.

The best part of this farm experience is the ability to check out the barns and animals! In the updated and beautiful barns, we have sheep, chickens, horses, and a cow. We are happy to give you a horseback riding lesson and introduce you to the farm animals when we are there giving them breakfast.

If you’d like to board your horse at our facility while you are staying, we have multiple trails and dirt roads to ride on. You’ll love being able to have one on one time with your horses. Please contact us to set up the boarding experience.

Guest Access

The entire house, two car garage, front and back yard. The basement is off-limits and is locked.

Other things to note

We want to give each guest the opportunity to spend time with the animals if you’d like to. However, we are also running a boarding and lesson facility with the indoor arena and it isn’t open to the public without the owners present.
Once you book your stay, and if you have plans to see the barns and animals, we’d love to accommodate you, so send us a message with your schedule.
